This includes online brand awareness, engagement, content creation, performance analysis, trend monitoring and collaboration with content and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, market and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook etc.).
- Posting daily on all channels for Ragan and PR Daily, while monitoring all social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement.
- Programmatic ad placement and analysis.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall content and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role of 2+ years
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Canva, Sprout, etc.
- Proficiency in creating, launching and running programmatic campaigns
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
